We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Karyliz Urns. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The item must include all original packaging, inserts, and tags.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at urnsforashes2024@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your return.
Important: Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you are not satisfied with the product (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Refunds for such returns will only be processed once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in original, unused condition.
However, if the item you received is damaged or you received an incorrect order, we will cover the shipping cost to send a replacement urn to you at no additional charge. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and we will arrange the necessary resolution promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at urnsforashes2024.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will either send a replacement or initiate a refund after verification.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized or personalized urns (including engraving, bespoke designs, or custom sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
