Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free delivery on all orders—no minimum purchase required. Every product you order will be shipped to your doorstep at no additional cost, whether you’re ordering from the United States, India, or any other country.

Order Processing Timeline

  • Standard Orders: All regular urn orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
  • Customized Urns: For personalized or custom-designed urns, please allow additional 1–2 business days for design confirmation and precision handling.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on sundays or national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic Delivery (within India): Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Delivery (including USA, UK, Canada, etc.): Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Note: Delivery to remote or rural locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with well-known logistics providers to ensure timely and secure deliveries:

  • International: DHL Express, USPS, or equivalent express carriers.
  • Domestic (India): Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, or similar.
    Each shipment is carefully packaged to ensure the product arrives in excellent condition.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent via email and/or SMS.
  • You can track your order in real-time through the link provided.

Multiple Shipments

For large orders or combo purchases, items may be shipped in separate parcels due to size and packaging requirements. You will receive tracking details for each shipment individually.

Delays and Delivery Disruptions

We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered on time. However, shipping delays due to third-party carriers, weather disruptions, or customs clearance are beyond our control. In such cases:

  • We will support you in contacting the courier and following up on delivery status.
  • We cannot guarantee expedited handling by the shipping provider, but we will do everything possible to keep you informed.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details.
  • During peak periods such as holidays, festivals, or promotional sales, processing and delivery timelines may extend due to increased order volumes.
